When does Free Dining start in August?

I think it is the end of Aug. but read somewhere about the bounce back program and those starting earlier. We are arriving on the 15th and departing on the 23rd. We are hoping that it starts after we leave......meaning...LESS CROWDS. Thanks

I went during free dining last year, and I thought the promotion didn't have that much of an effect on anything but TS restaurant crowds. Most rides were walk on and the parks didn't seem very full to me. My guess is that crowds will thin as August progresses and thin even more once it gets to September.

Restaurants, though, might be a completely different story.

I was able to get what we wanted for our Aug. trip and I just made a couple of new ones this week. So far so good.
