When does Dumbo fly?

Hey everybody! Does Dumbo fly during the fireworks every time they show, or is that only during summers? We'll be there April 29th, just wondering whether to expect Tink and Dumbo or just Tink? Thanks!

Only during Magical which shows during the summer. I think Tink flies in RDCT which shows in the spring and fall.

Tink does fly for RDCT & Magical. She flies twice during RDCT & Magical not like Wishes at the MK where she only flies once.
