When does Disney Vault close at DTD?

Only heard "Late September" as the closing time for Disney Vault store in DTD. Any idea of a specific date? Will all merchandise move to another store? We'll be arriving on 9/24.
I love the shopping at Downtown Disney. Sad to see more and more stores go.
