When does Disney take down the Christmas decorations at Wilderness Lodge?

I was wondering when the christmas decorations would be taken down. We will be there on Jan 6th, the weekend following New Years, will we get to see them. I have heard they are something to see.

And what about the parks too? How long are they displayed?

They took them down on Marathon Sunday night (during the night) in 2004. They were there when we went to bed on Sunday and were gone when we got up on Monday.

Was that the first weekend after New Year?

As I recall they take them down very soon after New Year's. I don't know if they would still be up on the 6th.

We were there until the 8th last January and the decorations were all still up. One thing we didn't like too much was the Christmas music never quit. We were pretty tired of it by the 5th or 6th and longing for some Copeland at WL.
