When does bus transportation start from hotels to Downtown Disney?

Some friends are staying at CBR and have a BBB appointment at Downtown Disney one day at 9am. Do the buses start in time to get them there?

8:30 a.m. and that doesn't mean it will be at your resort at that time that is what time they start running. So I would take a cab

Oh thanks - I'm glad I asked! Should they arrange a cab the night before or that morning? I've never taken a cab while in Disney. Should they call from the cab company directly from their room or ask guest services?

They can have the resort get them a cab. Usually Bell Services can do that for you. There are plenty of cabs around.
