when does booking window open

We are new members and would like to book our home resort at 11months. I was wondering what time MS for reservations opens and what time you can book online

Is online open for booking earlier than calling in or the same time?

If you call MS, you can start booking at 9am. Unless things have changed--If you book online, you can book starting at 8am.

A follow up but related question...does the home resort priority kick in 11 months from the last day of my trip? Or is it the first day of my trip? Thanks! We are just about to close on a resale.
