When does Boma serve Ribs?

I read a while ago that Boma serves ribs on a particular day(s). Does anyone know which day(s)?

What kind of ribs are you talking about? I've had boneless short ribs there...it was the special that night...I think it was a Saturday.

I don't know the answer, but I'm going to be at Boma (for dinner) on a Sunday, so a related question: Is there anything served on Sundays that isn't always served?

I was there on a Saturday a couple weeks ago and Princess4Eeyore's menu is still correct (for Saturday anyways). Make sure to try the coconut chicken curry soup.

Just checked the nights we will be eating at Boma and nnnnnoooo we are going to miss the Salmon (one of the main things i remember really enjoying at Boma from last year). I wish i have found this info out before doing our itinerary and ADR's. O well I'm sure it will still be yummy.
