(assume not a leap yr) on Feb 28, you can book reservations starting on Sept 28. On March 1st, you can book reservations starting on Sept 29, sept 30, or Oct 1st.

There is a great app in the Apple App Store called the “DVC Calculator”. It will give you all of the information you are looking for.

Also, if you are going to rent out points, you will want to contact who ever you are going to rent from at least a few days before the actual day for the reservation. Also, depending on what resort you want, you might want to contact an owner of that resort before the 7 month window, that way you have the owners home resort booking advantage.

I use Excel to track all my points and reservations. If you place the first day of you vacation in Excel (10/13/2023). You can use these formulas for 11 and 7 month windows:
11 Month: =EDATE(J7,-11) -> J7 is the cell with the first day of your vacation
7 Month: =EDATE(J7,-7)


This will also work with Google sheets. I am an old guy, Google did not exist when I started working with spreadsheets. I started with Lotus 123!
