When do you THINK DL will be back to normal......

Must admit, it'll be interesting to see how Disney will check for vaccine credentials, particularly for visitors from overseas. Guess it will be their own choice if they ban unvaccinated people from visiting, unless they can show an example of a recent negative test.
Huh? Who said anything about proving vaccination? This is something that border patrol could potentially enforce for anyone coming into the country, but private companies can't without risking major legal hot water. By federal law, any company that requires proof of vaccination using a vaccine that only has emergency authorization can be held financially accountable for all sages caused by said vaccine.

Not sure how this would relate to border patrol and people cong into the country, which is why I said potentially.

Reservations I think are here to stay, but you will be able to get same day reservations probably by the end of the year.

the real question is when do the masked go away and the parades/shows return. I think we wear masks into 2022, shows and parades return later this year.
Even Disney expects masks to go away before the end of the year, so we shall see.

IATA Travel Pass. It's going to become international standard used by airlines to check for proof of negative COVID test results and/or vaccination proof. But Disney will not require vaccination or proof of negative test to visit because that would complicate the situation and decrease the possible customer base. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the American parks don't even require CMs to have regular COVID tests unlike the Asian parks.

I think reservations are here to stay, in one form or another. Maybe only during traditionally 'peak' seasons like summer, Halloween - Xmas, & Easter and possibly weekends to enable DL to staff adequately and to control crowd numbers and 'flow'.

I think the days of 'just dropping in' may be a thing of the past.

Reservation system is here to stay. I think many perks will continue to be part of a resort stay.

I like the sound of the IATA travel pass, though we've not heard anything about this in the UK yet. No doubt we'll have the usual libertarians here with their hands in the air at such 'incredulity' - but if this helps to get international travel restarted properly then I'm personally all for it.
