when do you start getting butterflies ?

how long before your trip do you start getting excited and getting those butterflies

i've started getting mine now and i've still got 3 mths to

I've been excited since I booked last May, but the real nervously excited butterflies started as I was paying the balance on line - I was shaking as I input the info.

(Unfortunately I often mistake the "butterflies" for hunger pangs and have been struggling with my diet for some weeks now!)

We constantly crave WDW but the butterflies tend to arrive after the balance is paid, but really kicks in when the tickets arrive.

As soon as I get a hint that I can plan a Disney trip! For this trip that was about 6 months before, and it's only got worse to the point that I fully expect the bf to find me unbearable from here on out

As soon as I think I can afford to book! lol Which was June last year.

Then when I'm half way to paying it off.

Then when it's all paid off.

Then when half my spending money is saved (which is now! yay)

Then when I can book my ADR's.

After that I'll be bouncing off the walls talking to anyone who will listen about what we'll be doing lol.

I know the week or so before we go I'll be uncontrollable. Guaranteed I'll have dreams about forgetting things. Had one or two like that but not for a while! :S

My butterflies start when I start to think about booking, real excitement starts once the holiday is booked and from there is a race to outright hysteria

I am counting down the days before I go. . .then counting how many working days before I go. . .then counting how many pay days before I go. . .it has a tendency to get a bit out of hand

As soon as its booked i get them then they go for a while and then come back lol

i gotta be careful i was so excited last time it brought on major anxiety and i had to take meds for it!! so i gotta be low key this time lol.

Everytime I come on here and read about Disney!!!
Usually starts worse when I pay off the holiday - which was 4 weeks ago and now with only 6 weeks to go I can't stop talking about it - they're going to get fed up with me at work!!
Even better - a colleague of mine is having a hen night in blackpool, so we're all going up and staying overnight and to top it off - we're dressing up in Disney costumes!! can't wait
