When do you receive your Magical Express tags and tickets?

We are 17 days from the BIG TRIP and are getting a little nervous. We were confirmed on November 23 that we would be taking the Mouse Bus from the airport to our hotel, but we haven't received anything in the mail just yet.

At what point should I call the guest services number and make sure they were not lost in the mail? I am getting nervous because we're 2.5 weeks out and nothing is here yet. Magic Bands already arrived, but no luggage tags and packet yet.

I don't have ours yet and we travel in mid Jan. Did you book through Orbitz? I had a res with them and they sent the luggage tags out almost immediately. I was very surprised.

OP I would call DME and confirm your details with Disney.

I called directly to Magical Express and they said our stuff was "mailed at the end of the month". If it's not here by the end of next week I'll give them another call.
