When do you get...

We joined DVC on our October trip so went home with a member guidebook and our litho. But when do you get your permanent DVC member card? All we have is our temp cards. I have also heard that some people got pins, but I think they were DVC members all ready who added on SSR points, is that right?

Does anyone know if there will be special pins available to SSR owners?

you get your plastic members cards a few days after you close, but you can start making ressies with your temp cards.

No pins for us when we bought BCV, but we did get a decent litho and a backpack as well

Our plastic perm cards came about 6 weeks after closing with DVC

My DW (a major pin collector) heard that others had received pins after buying. Since we never did, she called our guide and asked why? Our guide was kind enough to send her a couple.
