When do you get travel package in mail?

How long after your final payment does it take to get your travel package in the mail. I leave April 4 and still have not received anything. I booked for a couple families so I need to get my confirmation and travel info so I know how much everybody owes.

Do I need anything on paper for when I arrive or will I be ok just giving my name at check-in. This is the first time I've booked over the phone so I'm not familiar with the process. I'm used to having everything on paper. If anyone knows how this process works I'd be very appreciative to hear your comments. Thank you.

Made our final payment in December, we are checking in this weekend.
Documents arrived mid last week (10 days before checkin).
I thought this was cutting it a little close but at least they are here.
(I did receive a faxed confirmation that payment was received back in Jan though)
