When do you find out if you got your date?

I am planning an Escape wedding for February 2012. My eight month mark for my first date choice was yesterday and for my second choice is tomorrow. I wasn't sure if I need to call DFTW or if they will contact me. I am trying to not be a pest but I want to know if I got my date, time and place.

There's nothing pesky about calling to see if you got your date. I waited until around noon or so on our booking date and then sent my consultant an email. Turns out they had a lottery, but I got my time/place and he was out sick that day but still responded to my email. I would def at least email and ask, or at this point, I would just pick up the phone and see what's up.

Can I ask how far in advance of your 8 month mark did you contact Disney. I was going to wait until 8 month but that puts it days before Christmas and I'm sure they will be well busy then!

I contacted them dead on 12 months when they are happy to talk to you and pencil you in

I contacted them 18 months before but it was 12 months then you could book at.

I called in mid April so it was about 10 months out.
I would email but I realised I don't have my consultant's email address and work has been crazy this week so I don't really have time to call.
Also I didn't know if it was a bad sign that I didn't get my first choice since I hadn't heard from them and I really don't want news like that this week.
