when do we get our travel papers

We are leaving for CBR October 12th (our first family trip to Disney)- when should we be getting travel info from our travel agent? Thought we would have heard from her by now. Any help would be appreciated.

If you book through Disney, you would get the DME tags about 5 weeks prior to your trip, and the rest of the travel docs, along with Disney luggage tags at about the 4 week mark. Add a delay for your travel agent to process.

You should be getting everything shortly!
