When do Virgin send out the tickets?

Hi all,

Just wondering. I leave in 8 days and my tickets haven't arrived yet. Should I start to panic or remain calm

normally around 2 weeks out, we got ours for our feb trip mid jan

Seems to be getting later and later, hopefully you should get them soon.
I agree with Sarah though 'usually' it's around 2 weeks before.

Not exactly helping with this latest statement but for our next holiday in August we have now received 4 invoices, every one of them wrong!

I rang Thomas Cook yesterday about ours and it seems like Virgin are behind in issuing them at the moment. I was told yesterday that they were issuing tickets for travel on the 5th April yesterday and that we should have ours next week sometime. Seems to be cutting it a bit fine but I would definitely give them, or whoever you booked through, a call just to make sure everything is OK.

The laest we have got our VH tickets was 6 days beforehand!
Far too late for comfort imho.
There is no reason to send them out that late - it should really be two weeks at least.

Wife just called to say they arrived but she said there were not actual tickets inside. She called Virgin who explained its all e-ticket malarkey nowadays.

I can relax now, LA here we come!!
