When do VH send tickets?

I've heard of so many people geting their tickets early. I'm so worried that ours still haven't arrived. I'll phone again on Monday if we've still not got them.

I wonder how they send them out, you'd have thought their computer system would issue things chronolgically.

Hope you get them thru soon. I'm a paniker and seeing that many people on here are going after you have recieved theirs i would be having kittens.
Good for you for staying calm i'm sure they will arrive at the beginning of the week.

Yes this is how they do it now. I know I was worried the first time but they work in exactly the same way as the old style tickets. Just remember to keep it for your return journey!

I really wouldn't rely on what the website says. My favourite VH story is that in 2007 when we were sitting in our hotel room at the Contemporary the VH website still said "Tickets not yet sent".

You won't get anything tomorrow, and VH can't send them out tomorrow because of the post strike so I would phone them just to find out if they are in the post yet.

There was a postal strike yesterday in some parts of the country, looks like they have scheduled 3 days starting next Saturday. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8156970.stm

We got them today. I'm not too pleased though as if we hadn't chased we wouldn't have received them.

I phoned on Friday (10 days to go) and was told the website was wrong they didn't send tickets out until the 10 day mark.

When DH phoned again on Monday (7 days to go) and they said "Oh we should have sent them to you by now - we'll do it now by special delivery." Which in all fairness they did do, but the woman that spoke to me on Friday should have done it then.

Anyway we have all the vouchers we need and the ticket is in the correct names (I have a hyphen in my full name which shows up or not at random when booking over the internet) so I can relax now (apart from fretting about the new swine flu cases at school!).
