If this is in the wrong place please move it :)

We go to Disney every Christmas usually after Thanksgiving or the second week of December. We want to try the week of Nov 13th for 7 nights. Te CM assured me that the decorations will be up. As this past year the first Christmas Party was Nov 13th. So I gather they will be up.

Any suggestions or help?:banana::wizard:

The first Christmas party for 2010 was November 8.

We were there 11/6-11/13, and most of the decorations were up. The Osborne Lights also came on the 8th. The tree at Epcot was up the last day we were there, which I think was Thursday, the 11th. We saw the tree at DHS on the 9th, but we didn't go to AK after our arrival day; I assume their tree was up by the end of our trip. The tree at MK does not go up until after the taping of the Christmas parade, but the castle lights were on and beautiful.

We didn't go see the Gingerbread House at the GF, but we have friends who left the 14th, and they saw it before they left.

Nothing is guaranteed to be up until the weekend after Thanksgiving. With the exception of the MK tree, which is relocated to its permanent spot after the taping of the parade.

At least at MK, some of the decorations don't go up until after the taping of the Christmas Day Parade in early December.

NOTHING id guaranteed till Thanksgiving week..The Mk is decorated in time for the first MVMCP ,which last year was Nov 8th.The big tree at the MK is not placed till AFTER the first weekend in December( the p arade taping).Osborne lights started the same time as MVMCP the last 2 yrs, but prior to that it was Thanksgiving as well.The other parks and resorts will be in phases of decorating till completion in time for Thanksgiving week.Things like the Holiday storytellers at Epcot, the candlelight processional etc.Do not start till the Friday after Thanksgiving.For your trip, you will see some things, how much no one can answer for certain.Some things will be done,some won't and some may appear overnight during your stay
