when do they decorate for the holidays?

We are looking to book a trip late in the year to experience the holiday atmosphere. When does Disney begin decorating and start doing their special holiday events? twins' birthday is 3rd week in November, but I'm figuring this might be too early. Our other thought is first week in Dec. Just want to be sure they are all decorated by then.

We were at BCV from November 16 through the 21st. There were already MVMCP's and we went to one on the 16th. At that time, the MK Christmas tree was not up. The GF had the Gingerbread House and the Carousel at the BC's lobby went up around the 18th. They had samples of the gingerbread to taste in BC's lobby. I don't know about the other resorts.

For 2008, all holiday events except for the MVMCP began the Friday after Thansksgiving. The MVMCP started around the 10th of November.

Most decorations should be up or in the process of being installed the week or two leading up to Thanksgiving.

We arrived at VWL on 19 November and the decorations were mostly up when we woke up on 20 November.
