When do they announce the free dining dates?

I know there is no guarantee that they will have them again this year, but if they were going to have them in September of this year again, when would they announce it? I can't remember when they did it last year. Thank you

They announce them in early April. You can call and reserve the packages mid-April or so.

(Last year was April 9 (Visa Cardholders) and April 12 for the general public I believe)
