When do they announce F&W events?

DH and I are going for the first time this fall and we wanted to participate in some of the events. How far in advance are they announced? Can you buy tickets through MS?

There is a current news bulletin on an unofficial website that event booking will start August 11.

They were to start booking earlier in August last year, too, and it ended up being later in August. I think maybe Aug 25? I was on a cruise that day so I had a relative at home ready with my list of events and my credit card number to make the reservations for me.

The official schedule doesn't come out much before the booking window opens, either.
