We booked our holiday through disney direct in May for 1st June 2015 but we have had no flight information I have called a few times no luck tho, does anyone know when they will have them booked? I know it's a while away but we want to book lounges up etc and not knowing what airline we are with or gatwick north or south

We are flying with WDTC in May 2015.
From what i was led to believe, you get your flight information at the same time as they send through the rest of your documentation.

Maybe someone else can shed some light who's previously had them through.

I might be wrong, but I didn't think you could book flights with WDTC direct until 11 months before your holiday... I thought you booked room + tickets and then could add flights later... flight prices vary depending on which airline, where you are flying from, whether you are travelling direct, etc.

If I search for a package including flights within 11 months, I can choose my airline and flight times. If I search for a package before 11 months out, I get the following message:
Oops, we can't take off yet!
Sorry, but our website is unable to offer flights more than 11 months in advance. Call freephone on 0800 169 0734* to book your flight inclusive holiday, or reserve your hotel, tickets and dining today and add a flight later with no amendment fee.

I think the OP has done the same as we did as booked the entire package so flights would already have been included.

Yes we booked on the phone they allow you to book with flights on a fixed price, just at the moment on idea on airport (north or south) airline or times at the moment, was just wondering if anyone knew when they book them

Ahhhh. Didn't know that, but then again, I couldn't do that! I have to be in control of everything! ;)

Quick update, we have our flight numbers etc but now even more confused few years back we flew Virgin do had some points so thought it would be a idea to use them toward a upgrade to premium economy, so rang virgin and they said I can't as I have the wrong class of ticket??? Soo I needs to call wdtc to get them to upgrade it to a ''m' class ticket and then I can upgrade, so my short question is, does anyone have any idea how much this could cost or if it's even worth it? As I will also need to pay more flight tax? All confused Any help appreciated

I am unsure whether WDTC will be able to do that for you as I am guessing there systems just book the cheapest fares.

An M class ticket is usually a good bit more expensive than the lowest fare codes which you currently have - probably in the region of £200-300 per person.

The other issue you have is that there needs to be a reward seat in PE for you to upgrade to - they aren't available everyday or every flight.

Thanks for your reply looks like premium economy will have to wait till next time. Makes about more sense now

Does any one know if you can pay for the extra leg room seat in addition to a WDTC reservation?

thanks for all your help, i think the premium economy isnt going to happen this trip, never mind, but might look into the extra leg room seats instead, otherwise can see this cost escalating, does anyone have any recent opinions on the re-fitted aircraft economy seats, last time we flew was 2012 is the legroom much better?
