When do the regular Guardians LL tend to run out when MAD is also running?

Trying to finalize a plan for tomorrow without rope drop (9:30am arrival) and I see that they are already gone before 11am.

I'd imagine by 10am, most are gone especially since an entire hour (2-3pm) is gone from the selection window. I wonder if being there in line around 3pm nets you an easier time as far as waits. I guess it would depend on how they let people queue up when it's down.

Yes during Halloween season. It starts at 3pm, I think.

You can get a LL for each version on the same day (so 2 rides in LL, on GOTG, one GOTG MAD) if you are really strategic about your bookings.
