When do the parades and fireworks start to appear on FP+?

I know they do not start at 60 days out but a few months ago I checked every day for weeks for a Parade FP+, only to have it rained out.

I won't have time over the holiday to check every day. When do they generally show up on the website? 30 days out? Two weeks out?

Someone just mentioned they were able to make parade FP+ for the first week in February today, so it somewhere after the 60-day mark, but not that long after.

Back in October, when I went, Parade FP+ were available within a few days of the 60-day mark (I didn't try for a parade on the first day of my trip, but I was able to make one for the 4th or so day).

My 60 day mark was today and I was able to select Wishes for our first night.
