When do specials usally get released for September?

But don't hold your breath on discounts. They have been stingier with lesser availability as the economy has improved. Booking ahead of time and then hoping for a discount actually works against you. Why should Disney discount that room if they see that it is booking at the rack rate?

Free dining discount is usually released in April and then room discounts come out after in June.
