When do rooms open up?

Looking to stay at one of the All Star resorts a few days before our Feb 1, 2014 cruise. We can find room pricing, but no availability. When do reservations open up?

2014 package rates will be released July 10th.

Interestingly enough, I just asked this same question (like 10 minutes ago!) in an online chat on wdw.com The "CM" said the 2014 package rates aren't out yet, so you can either call the number and book a room only reservation and then call and adjust it once the 2014 package rates are released, or wait until late July or early August and the 2014 dates should be available online.
