When do Resort benefits begin?

When do resort benefits begin? For example, if I have a reservation for tues night, I know it helps book ill, etc earlier for Wednesday morning …. But if we went to the park on Tuesday would we have access to that benefit on Tuesday morning/the day of check in?

Yes, if you have your reservation loaded on the Disney App. We’ve done this many times.

You're considered a guest at the resort from approximately 6 AM on check-in day until the last park closes on check-out day. This includes early entry as well as deluxe extra evening hours.

We are thinking of flying in the day before and then doing early entry on check in day. Do we have to have a pass to park in the parking lot of our hotel? Where would we get it? Planning on doing check in via the app.

You would check in at the guard gate of the hotel. Normally they don’t use parking passes at the Disney-owned resorts but if that changes they would likely give you one there.
