When do rates come out for 2007?

I'm looking for rates for January, but nothing showing yet. Can anyone tell me when rates might become available?

Last year they came out in September for 2006.

I just called for HRH for next April and was told to check back in November. But, I'll keep checking because do the people who answer the phone really know??

I phoned and was told to call next month. So how is anyone supposed to plan a trip? We're travelling from Canada and so that involves just a little planning, including a budget. I wasn't asking for a discount, just rack rates, but still, they couldn't give me any numbers. At this point, I'm using rates for early December as a guidline, but I haven't a clue if that's reasonable or not.
