When do pools open?

My friend has a DVC booking around the poly starting on Saturday. But, the Disney website says that the poly resort hotel won’t be open until August. So, if only the DVC portion is open, will the Main pool be open?
They’ve also got beach club booked for the second half, but website says storm along bay won’t open in the first phase. Any idea when that will open?

I believe the main themed pools will be open except for Stormalong Bay. BCV guests may use the leisure pool or the main pool at BWV.

From what I've read leisure pools are open 24 hours. Don't know if that applies to you. We are staying at POP, in August
