If I have a letter of recovery, at what point do I let Disney know this? Is it at 14 days when I register with Safe Passage or is it at some point before this? I've checked in for the cruise already and dont recall this info being asked.

For the 90-day exemption from embarkation testing? You upload the letter and test result through SafePassage along with your proof of vaccination.

Just a heads up that if you’re going to Jamaica there have been posts on FB about Jamaica not letting the 90 day recovered people off the ship (with or without an excursion). It may be worth trying a PCR to see if you still test positive before going the 90 day recovered route.

Make sure your letter includes this exact language:
Record Rejected:
Invalid Record Type
Invalid Recovery Document Attached
Inspire Notes 03/10/2022 MS: Please provide us a new letter from a doctor stating any of the following: Clear to travel, Clear to resume all activities, Clear to go back to work or school, No longer under quarantine or No longer under other restrictions. Thank you.

They rejected mine and now my doctor won't give me a new letter. Sure hope I test negative! SIGHHHHH

I plan on getting a letter from my dr for the 90 day exemption. Our cruise is not for another 60 day. I have my copy of the positive test.

When should I have this letter dated?
Is there an example of what the letter should say, so I don’t run into the problem the OP had?
Is there anything else I need?

thank you
