When do I get my Castaway Club Card?

BF informed me last night that he wants to go again-I'm not fighting this one...but when to I get my castaway club card and when -if any do we see any deals?

Dont get me wrong...I'd happily pay full price...but deals are good too!!!

We did get one CC card in my DW's name about two months after our cruise. I called DCL to make a ressie, but my DW had the CC card in her pocketbook, it was not a problem, I just gave the CM my name and address, the CC number was in our DCL file. So, if you don't receive a card, and I've heard many people don't, just tell the CM you cruised before on Disney and give them your name and address.

one more question...
I tried to use Barbs site to send DCL and email telling them how wonderful everything was...but it wouldnt let me send it...does anyone have an email to contact them?
I really want to emphasize how great our servers were etc...even though we dropped our survey in the box...I want to make sure that their service stands out!!! They were the best!
