When do I book

We went to go to the Food and Wine festival arriving on October 28 and departing November 3. I had to call MS today for an upcoming trip and asked what day could I start booking this trip. They told me 11 months from the day we depart. I thought it was 11 months from the day we want to arrive?? Which is correct and what is the date that I can start booking this trip? Thanks.

You can book 11 months from the check-out day. If you book day-by-day, you can book starting 11 month before the second day of your trip and continue until check-out.

I haven't call day by day and have had no problem at the 7 or 11 month.

You can book the whole trip, Monday, Dec 4th (Dec 3rd is a Sunday)

You can book day by day if desired. In this case you would book your first day on Wed, Nov 29th.
