When do I apply for Fall 2013?

I googled this several times, and couldn't find when to apply for fall 2013, so I thought someone here could tell me around what time Disney likes toopen applications.

This fall's apps went up January 23, so probably somewhere around there for next fall. Your best bet will be to join the facebook group, because everyone will be on watch for them, so you'll know almost immediately when they go up.
