When do I actually pay for my intimate wedding?

I've made the deposit for my room, and I'm wondering when I'm going to pay for my intimate add-on. Can anyone let me know? Thanks!

I paid for mine before I actually needed to....the only reason was because I started out an intimate and then switched to the add-on (made more sense financially).

If you are ready to pay, I'd e-mail or call your EM. If not, I'm sure she'll let you know....

My wedding is an Intimate add on too and I have a fax here that says "Final payment due 30 days prior."

I paid for mine in January and my wedding isn't until June. I have also heard of people that didn't pay for their wedding until a week after they got married! I think they are fairly easy about it as long as everything is ok with your planner. Ask to see when they are ready. One thing to keep in mind. I couldn't pay for extras in January. She told me I would have to pay for those closer to the date. By extras I mean the bottle of sparkling cider, the hair and makeup, the towncar, etc. I had the add on and I paid the 2300.00. The rest I will pay later.

Yeah, I do remember that they billed me for the extra limo, hair & make up and stuff like that when I was there. They added it on to my room bill.
