There is no regularity.

They will probably go up for June. When exactly is unknown but when word gets out a few days early the news will be on the fan sites.

There are different types of tickets. If they are valid over a period that includes Novemeber right now, they will be then. If you are going in November you may want to buy now to beat an increase, or wait to see if there is a deal in November. It's a gamble.
