It might be a little early, but you might see a few. We were there Nov 1-22 last year and there was a pretty quick transition from Halloween decorations to Thanksgiving/Christmas with more and more Christmas going up almost every day.
Some folks who come in and stay for several months (yes, really) will have already started setting up in November though they may not be at full power yet. The Fort will not have its decorations up yet but the Magic Kingdom will be decorated some due to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (aka MVMCP) events already taking place at that time.
I don't know about the other parks but the weather should be comfortable that time of year.
We were there last year during early November and did not expect to see any body decorated but we were wrong. There were lots of people already starting to decorate for Christmas, although there were also some for Thanksgiving so pretty much I guess to each his own at that time. We will be there during the same period as you this year and I have already made plans for Christmas decorating..(and of course my Lime Mickey ears too!). Hope to get to say hello when we are down there.
