When do DL AP rates normally come out?? is it about 90 days??

Hello I know that at WDW you can recieve substantial discounts for being an AP holder. We are spending 7 days at Dl and decieded to get Aps because they cost almost the same and this way we have an excuse for another trip... anyways when and where do you know if there is going to be an ap rate released?? Is it normally around 90 days....
