When do crowds start to thin Easter week?

I will be at WDW from Easter Sunday until Tuesday April 29. We plan to stay away from the parks until at least Friday or Saturday. My kids will not tolerate standing in long lines and I am not too fond of it either.

Can anyone tell me when the crowds start to thin out during Easter week? Also, are there certain parks where the crowds tend to be smaller that week? Since we are staying a couple of days the following week, we plan to hit the more crowded parks during those days.

Also any ideas for things to do the first few days of Easter week that should not involve standing in a long line? How is the Kennedy Space Center? Does this involve lines? Other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Usually, crowds get a little less on Friday after Easter, then quite a bit less on Saturday, and by Sunday you are back to just quite crowded but readily doable. This year though there will be a double whammy. Disney is having two of its grad nights the Friday and Saturday after Easter. That brings large numbers of school groups and MK is dedicated to them at night (and almost all night). That could easily make the Friday and Saturday crowds just as bad as the days before. Even so Sunday should lighten quite a bit. Have not been near the Kennedy space center area since July 16, 1969 so cannot speak of what it is like now (at that time, which was pre-Disney, the whole area was extremely crowded). Just about everything in the Orlando area has lines during Easter week. During Easter week MK and AK will be the worse for crowds, at times Epcot and MGM are not that bad.
