When do Christmas decorations go up?

Christmas is definitely our favorite! Main Street decor puts you in the spirit, castle lights are amazing, the giant gingerbread house at GF is very cool, Candlelight Processional at Epcot, and much more!(Of course still missing my Osbourne Lights) The castle is usually lit a few nights before the first MVMCP, which this year starts the 9th, so probably by the 7th. I am hoping, since we usually go at Thanksgiving or week before Christmas, so never have to think about it, and this year will be there in Nov. during that week of the 1st parties, but not attending.

BTW, does anyone know if they are still adding the Christmas projections to the end of the new OUAT show? Loved the CTM show, and that holiday ending was the icing on the cake for us, so hope they are still including it!

Will they be on Nov. 2nd do you think? I mean lit up on the 2nd

I can tell you that in past years they lit up the Ice/Dream/Frozen/Castle Lights on nights before the first MVMCP began.
But, it was not always on the first night after the last MNSSHP.

So, while they physically COULD be lit on Nov. 2... whether they WILL be (literally) remains to be seen.

We'll be there from Nov 1 (doing that last MNSSHP), through Nov 5. I've been for the Christmas decorations many times, but my eldest dd has never seen them. I'm really hoping some of the lights/decorations are used before we leave on the 5th. I'm not saying anything to her, so if the decorations are up, and lit, it will be a huge surprise for her. The Castle lit would be a huge plus!!!

With the first MVMCP being Nov 9th I don't think we will see the lights until maybe the 8th

Ooooh. I didn't even think about this. We'll be there on Halloween for the MNSSHP, then back to the Magic Kingdom on Nov. 3. It would be great to see the Christmas decorations same trip!
