Some (many) will be.
Some will be coming down.

Last year, we were there the first week of January, and they didn't take decorations down in Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom until around the 7th or 8th.

Hollywood Studios is running the Jingle Bell Jam through Jan. 6th so there should be some holiday decorations up - at least there - until then....

Yes, the decorations will most likely still be up on the 2nd. But they will go away rapidly so be sure to catch them at the start of your trip.

The Epcot tree will come down prior to New Years Eve.
The resorts will come down soon after Jan. 1st
MK will be up the longest probably in Marathon Weekend which begins Jan. 9th. The other parks will start coming down then or before that.
