When do cancelled rooms come available again ?

If someone cancels, is the room available for someone else to get right away, or is not available for booking until the next day? I am trying to get a package for Dec. and the values are booked. It's around the 45 day mark, so maybe someone will cancel before they have to pay in full.

I'm not sure when the rooms are available, but I'm calling tomorrow afternoon to cancel my room at Pop, Dec 7-13 and POFQ 13-15. I can't go on my trip! Maybe you'll be able to get mine. I didn't have a package, it was only room only though, and it was a preferred room. Good luck!

I also have a question about rooms? We are currently booked at POR Nov 30-Dec 6 with a paid off package. I am thinking about upgrading to WL. Would I have to pay reg rate or can I try to get the same discount I have at POR even though it has expired?

You will have to pay rack rate on your room.. I would imagine that WL will be very hard to get as I have heard it is VERY popular during the holidays.
