When did you stop believing in the man?

i stopped believing in santa when i was like 4, i was like i dont think that santas real.My parents are like yeah, my twin sis found out like 2 years later.

Ummmm... I think I was about seven or eight when i found a receipt in a box of books that said they were from Waldenbook's so that's when I knew... But really, how is a guy supposed to fit down your chimnet and how would he carry all those things in his sleigh? And is the Easter Bunny as big as a person? If he is, that's a big bunny. And how does he/she carry his stuff around? Does he/she have a giant basket? I think I kinda always knew that there was no Easter Bunny.... it just seems so ridiculous lol...

I stopped believing in about third or fourth grade... but I kinda went back and forth for a while because one of my friends was like "of course santa's real! And if you say he's not then you won't get good presents!" so i didn't really believe but I said I did... you know, just in case what she said was true.

Whether or not there is a Santa Claus is a question that has been asked for many years. Whether you are six or sixty, depends on whether you believe in the magic of Santa Claus. One must realize that each individual person (child or adult) can believe in Santa at any age.

It is like the magic of Disney, some people believe and some people do not.

i stopped beliving in 3rd grade- i found already wrapped presents w/ tags that said 'from santa' under my moms bed a week before xmas, so then i figured santa must have come by and dropped them off early so he wouldnt have to make so many stops in one night. I figured it out right after that though, cuz i told my older sister the theory.

I was five and one day after Christmas I was getting ready for bed and my dad comes in and tells me 'Honey, this is going to dissapoint you, but Santa isn't real. It's me and mommy who put out the gifts for you on Christmas." Dissapoint me!! He might have well said 'We're moving to Antarctica' because I was crushed. I cried, wept. Santa was my hero. Mom almost killed dad after that. And i think it threw him a liitle because my brother's 9 and my sister's 7 and they still beleive. :^) CW

lol jk- umm... i think i was like in 1st or 2nd grade- i saw a present in the hall closet and asked my mom about it and sorta just made up some random answer- that sorta gave it away... plus the handwriting is exactly the same!

This is kind of a sad thread but i think i stopped when i was about 8 or so. I strung it along for a few years tho and didnt tell my parents so i could get the extra special gifts from the man
