When did you receive you BEO?

My planner had told me we would receive it in 6 weeks and even with the holidays, it has been 8. I have called and asked my planners assistant and everyone seems to be avoiding the situation.

sometimes it can take a little longer. I remember ours took about 8 weeks or so...and with the holidays it will take longer. Also remember December is a SUPER busy time for DFTW! I know it seems like its taking forever..dont worry..they'll get it to you as soon as they can.

I think it just depends on your planners schedule, if they have a lot of weddings or not. I got my BEO pretty quickly except for the floral one that took over 8 weeks.

We got our regular BEO about 4 weeks after the planning session but the floral one about 8 weeks after the planning session.

Like another poster said, the holidays are going to slow done your coordinator a ton. Try to be patient (yes I know how hard that is!).
