When did you Magical Express vouchers come in the mail?

There is still time to get your DME documents. If you don't get your documents that is okay too. Just check in at the DME desk and they will make sure everything is okay.

We didn't receive ours, checked in at the DME desk, they scanned our copy of our luggage tags and we were on our way. Our luggage showed up at our hotel no problem.

When I meant luggage tags, I meant the one the airline puts on your bags. They scanned the copy that the airline attached to our bags. You don't have to have the yellow tags.
 

Do they still deliver them to your room or do we have to collect our own luggage now? I certainly liked the perk of having it come straight to my room!

Yes, they will still collect the luggage and bring them to your room. By scanning the luggage tag the airline gives you, they then know what bags to look for.

We're just under 3 weeks out and have had our DME tags and vouchers for about 2 weeks now. We actually got access to MBs after our DME stuff arrived.

I have read that some have been told that MBs will be DME tickets as well, maybe that's why you didn't get them in the mail ... Do you have MBs for your trip? (Definitely would be a flaw in the system since MBs aren't shipped to Canada.)

Either way, the PPs advice to check in at the desk makes sense.
 
I got my ME stuff a few days ago...we arrive Nov 12, it took about 1.5 weeks after I registered my flights online.
 
We've had our DME package for two weeks.. Arriving in November. However, on one of our trips I forgot to sign up for it and simply showed up at the kiosk. They looked at our room confirmation printout and printed us some passes. I doubt Disney would leave it's guests stranded at the airport when they advertise this service as a perk to staying on site. :)
 
The only thing I have for my room is when I print out the "review my Reservation" from Dreams Unlimited. I wonder if this is enough?

I think I had better call Disney tomorrow.
 
OK, I will just take our confirmation number then. It feels odd, not having anything! I have always had the full packet before.

If you are picking up MB's at your resort, you should still receive ME tickets and luggage tags in the mail.

We tested MB's in August and received ME tickets about five weeks before our trip.

We have a RO reservation next month and have new MB's waiting for us at a different resort. We received our ME tickets and luggage tags about five weeks prior to our October checkin date.
 
Got my ME documents for my October 18 trip last week. Maybe give ME a call at 1-866-599-0951. You will need your WDW reservation #. They will check the computer to advise when your documetns were sent and and if necessary re-mail them.
 
I called MDE on Sat and gave them all our flight info again. I did email my travel agent as well and she suggested to just check in the desk when we get there. We will figure out the luggage when we get there, I guess. Because we are room only and then added park tickets later, we don't get any Mickey mail. :sad: We leave home on Oct 16.
