When did you get your ME tags?

I'm leaving for WDW at the end of February and I'm starting to worry that I haven't gotten my ME luggage tags yet. The last time I got them a month and a half before our trip. I was just wondering how far in advance people usually get them

call them and complain!! We went last year on the ME and never even got our luggage tags which caused confusion and their were coupons and info that came with the luggage tags in the mail that they would not even give us at the checkin. According to our travel agent, Disney was very "backed up" and wasn't going to get them all out in time so we left without them. We actually had to claim our bags in Orlando and take them to the checkin (however I think all Canadians have to do this??). Anyways, it was messy for us so try to get the tags!!!

We got ours a month ago. You do not have to schlep your own luggage unless you choose to or you dont want to wait for ME to deliver it or if you have not cleared customs in Canada. I would definitely call even though they say it is no problem

I guess I better call to follow up. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my bags if they didn't have the tellow tags on them. I hope the packet comes on time!

I booked in December, leave on the 10th of February and got my ME tags last Wednesday, so 2 and a half weeks in advance.

We booked our room in November, got flight in mid Dec via Detroit at which point I called and gave them the info. We are going March 13th and they arrived today

I booked my trip last July for a trip last December and my ME tags never came. I received everything else except the ME tags and bus voucher. However, the ME desk has ways to deal with that. You give them your luggage claim tag numbers, identify the type of luggage (they'll show you a poster of all common types of luggage) and colour, and they take care of the rest. It might make you jittery to leave your luggage like that, but they do find it. It's Disney magic.
