When did you get your call?

I just called and they said my planner would get back to me in 1 to 4 days. Where in that time frame did you get that call? I am so excited! and I just NEED to know if my date is available! I am hoping I will get that call tomorrow!

I waited a week and never got a call back, I called and there was note on my account saying they tried to call and had the wrong number or something like that. I then got a call from my sales manager the next day.

If you don't hear back in a ew days I would def call! I waited because I didn't want to be pushy and if I hadn't called I never would have known that there was a problem.

I was told that I would get a call within in 2 days. On the third day I called them and they connected me directly to my sales manager.

I was told I would get a call back the next day and I did. I guess I either got lucky or caught them when they weren't too busy.

I got a call the very next day. It might just depend how busy they are. If they don't call you just call again.

I guess I got lucky too. I called them early one afternoon and was told that they would get back to me either the next day or on monday. Sure enough, first thing the next morning, someone got back to me.

It's good to hear from people that actually got a call when they were told they would. Anxiously waiting for a call that never comes - very disappointing. Hopefully those of us that had to call back are in the minority.

I got a call back the very next day as I was getting out of work (so they headed my time constraints too!) Unfortunately in the short 24 hrs it took for them to call I convinced DF to have an Escape instead of Wishes. So, the sales manager that called back couldn't help me b/c she only did wishes weddings. So the next day after that someone from Escape sales called!! She checked right away that my date was available. It worked out great!

I spoke with consultant on a Thursday and got a call back on Monday! Now just waiting to sign contract!!
