when did you get you voucher??

I just got my free ticket.

I did not think I was getting one-no email or anything. Now I just have to try and fit some US days during my trip in May. Does anyone know which day will be less busy-a Saturday or a Sunday??

Don't you only need the name and address to match when you exchange the voucher for the ticket? I would assume you could then give that ticket to anyone to use. I don't think your name and address would be printed on the ticket, and even if it is, do they ask to see ID at the turnstile?

the coupon is a tear off section once you open the envelope.
not an envelope but more like a fold over mailer.

It says "matching valid photo ID required".

There just seem to be a lot of people(from the original thread too) who won, thinking they could give the ticket to a friend to use later or save it for another trip if they had an AP. I would think they would rather give someone else a chance to use it than to just waste it.

I did win one ticket, but since it said one per household, I didn't enter again for DS with a different address. It seems like people did that and used a work address, parents' address etc.

Anyway, I didn't mean to hit a nerve with anybody. I have plans to buy a ticket for my DS, but just thought saving $99 would be nice.........

I would certainly think that they would realize that Joe and Joseph were the same person. If you have doubts, call Universal Guest Services before your trip.

Thats what I was thinking also, I know you have to have I.D to redeem, but
then give to your spouse, child etc. I have never seen them ask for I.D at
the turnstile, just sign and go.... and put your finger on the scanner which
"locks" that ticket to you and you only.

time will tell.

You are fine. I would think that as long as the last name matches, you should be fine. Since it said one per household, I think they should allow anyone at the address to use that one ticket. However, what I think doesn't matter.

That's what I was thinking. Besides, it was announced at the Superbowl so they should expect plenty of misspellings as most were possibly fairly buzzed on their favorite beverage of choice.
