when did you get you voucher??

So... I was with my friend last night and he called up Universal Guest Services. They asked for his name and it showed that his name was in the system of winning the ticket, etc. We asked that if you don't receive it by the time we go if we could still claim it... the guy from Guest Services said that all you have to do is check out guest services and have your picture ID. Bring that and you can claim your free ticket.

If someone else calls, let me know if you get the same answer.
 
...and I too don't know why I received the ticket in the way that I did.

I emailed the 'eprizefulfillment' email address to ask why I had only received the 2nd email, not the first one.

They wrote back to say that they would be in touch.

The next thing I knew, someone called Pat Mancuso (I think) emailed me back asking for my name and address. I replied to that and the next thing I know, the ticket arrived last Monday, inside a Universal Studios envelope, on which it said 'Congratualtions, Pat'.

The thing is, there are 4 of us going and we only have one free ticket. We are planning on buying flextickets anyway and so, I will ask at guest services if they can exchange it for dining vouchers or something, or failing that, I will use it on a future trip.....nice to win something though in any event.

Sorry that I seem to have caused upset on the disboards.:lmao:

I just e-mailed prize fulfillment...letting them know I would be leaving in a week and is there anything I can do if I don't recieve my voucher in time. I got the automated response saying they will answer me e-mail within 3 days. I will let everyone know what I find out.

I think that I will wait until Thursday or Friday. If I don't hear anything I will call guest services. Can anyone tell me where I can find that number??

Not to start any fussiness or anything, but I'm inclined not to believe jopaly (sorry!) Just my own thoughts :)

Eligibility: Universal Heroes Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Anyway, I just heard back from Universal and they told me that tickets would not be mailed out before March 8th.
 
Just spoke with Mathew at Universal Studios......my name is in the system for winning the ticket. He gave me a Confirmation number to use when I go to Universal next week. He said to go to the will call window, give them my name and confirmation number and I will receive my ticket. WHOO HOO

So my suggestion is.......if you are leaving soon, call the number that is listed on page 10 and press #9.

I called today for my sister and me. They gave me confirmation #s to pick up the tickets. We never received emails confirming we won so for all those folks out there who didn't get a confirmation email. You may have won also!

That's good to hear! I'm hoping that my husband won a ticket! :)
 
I just called and got my number as well. We are leaving on Saturday. My customer service rep did tell me that there is still a chance that it will come in the mail this week, but in case it did not, she gave me my confirmation number.
 
Just called and got my confirmation code......so I'm in.

From the sound of it........I wouldn't expect to get the mailer for another week or so.
