I did not receive the confirmation email (most probably deleted in spam). So I called 407-224-4233 press 9 ... and ... I WON !!! YAY ... I now have the confirmation # ... they started to mail them out last week ...

I don't know why I was sent a ticket as 'technically' I don't qualify....but I'm not going to complain now. Clearly Universal know that I am not a resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, as I told them this when I emailed them and obviously they know where they Fedexed to.......

I just called customer service and the girl said that if I did not get the email then I did NOT win. I explained I knew others that did not get the email but were given a confirmation number. She said they were not mailed out yet so I told her I understand this but they were given over the phone. She would not look for me as I have a common last name and if she put it in her system it would freeze up her computer. She also told me if I received the survey that said something about winning the first ticket and having a chance to win 4 more tickets was sent out to everyone and was worded improperly. That was my only glimmer of hope cause I got that but not the official email so she just squashed my dreams a little more! BooHoo for me! LOL I am not giving up though til they finally say it is over!

maybe they are receiving large volumes of calls now and unable to look up everyone's name.

if you are going soon, i can understand needing the information right now.
there is always the possibility if you are traveling there this week, you can check with gs when you get to the park.
they have an outside gs window also.

if you have a couple of weeks before your trip, everyone should be receiving their code in the mail within the week.

it was posted the mail outs were on the 8th.
