When did this years rates come out last year?

It was right around the first week of August when I booked last time for the following year. Was wondering if 2010s rates came out around then last year?
The package deals seem to be the same for the beginning of the year consistently. The 4/3... does it seem like that to anyone else?

The 2011 rates should be published somewhere between the first week of August to mid-August.
